2019-20 Houston Rockets

2018-19: 53-29 (2nd rd playoffs)
Draft picks: none

Signed for next season ($120.5m): Chris Paul, James Harden, Clint Capela, Eric Gordon, PJ Tucker, Nene Hilario, Isaish Hartenstein
Not enough for a legal NBA roster. They've already grabbed Deyonta Davis off waivers...so...I guess...problem solved, right?

This summer's free agents: Iman Shumpert, Gerald Green, Austin Rivers, Kenneth Faried, Chris Chiozza
Shumpert was too expensive for this team. Green was too old. Faried was either one or the other (not sure yet).
I'd bring back Austin Rivers, he can do a little bit of everything and he's not afraid of the moment.
Chiozza is cheap and can find the arena on game nights, so I reckon he'll be back.

Next year's lineup:
PG Paul, SG Harden, SF?, PF?, C? with ? coming off the bench.

When you've got a salary cap this top heavy, then you've got a lot of work to do just to field a squad for opening day. I'm certain Harden will be here, pretty sure Paul will be, too. Everyone else on the other hand is expendable. No idea where this team will be in a month.
