My goodness did you see the shellacking USA dropped on Poland? Freddy Adu punched his ticket out of Salt Lake City, say hey to Europe for me. USA played a flawless game, nice touches, good passing, solid D, aggressive counterattack, etc., and that was certainly a pleasure to watch. But I've got to factor in that Poland, fresh off an opening day victory over Brazil, sucked pretty bad. When the game started and Poland scored a goal in the first 5 minutes, it didn't feel like it would end in a big USA win but after the first 5 minutes, it was all USA. Good.
